Our approach is unique. We believe that safety meetings don’t
have to be boring and repetitious, so we engage the employees,
and they willingly participate, while receiving awards for their
safe performance, and recognition for their contribution to the company’s safety.

Pricing
 
•   Set Fee
•   Fee based on Injury / Claim reduction
 
Our set fee pricing is dependent on the size of the company, and the number of locations. Most programs are monthly, but they can also be delivered every 6 weeks, every other month, or quarterly.

Our compensation can also be based on injury reduction. We will agree to base our entire fee on our ability to reduce injuries by taking 25% of the savings on a per claim basis. If we fail to produce injury reduction, we earn nothing.

We get to know your company, your risk factors, your actual injury experience, and your goals.

Your Budget
A big part of the discussion is the budget. We give you examples of successful programs and make recommendations. You decide how much you want to spend on employee awards.
